Project 1

Uis Plateau /gui

‘/gui’ means ‘one’ while ‘/gam’ means ‘two’ in the local Damara language which is spoken in the Uis area. The Exclusive Prospective License (“EPL”) in respect of this project was issued by the Ministry of Mines and Energy for a period of 3 years. The Uis Plateau /gui is 17 000 hectares in size and is located in the Erongo Region. Exploration has commenced with promising initial results.
Laboratory analysis of several diverse rock samples revealed high-grade deposits of Uranium, Tin, and Thorium, presenting significant opportunities for mineral diversification. The project is strategically positioned near operational mines which are mining Tin, Tantalum, and Lithium.
Historically, the Erongo Region has been notable for Uranium deposits, particularly around the Uis area. Uranium occurrences in Namibia are often associated with granite and pegmatite formations. Significantly, Namibia remains the World’s 3rd largest producer of Uranium.

Project 2

Uis Plateau /gam

The EPL in respect of this project was issued by the Ministry of Mines and Energy for a period of 3 years. Also situated in the Erongo Region and in proximity to Project 1, Uis Plateau /gam is a mere 3 kilometres from Project 1. Uis Plateau /gam measures 5200 hectares.
Preliminary exploration results are equally promising, with rock samples showing high-grade deposits of Uranium, Tin, and Thorium. The test results also indicate the presence of Lithium, Potassium and Nickel, but in low grades below commercial viability.
Pegmatite belts in the region generally host tantalum and tin mineralization, contributing to the area’s mineral diversity and economic potential.
The locations of Uis Plateau /gui and Uis Plateau /gam are easily accessible by motor vehicle (4 x4), and are located about 30 kilometers from the main road from Henties Bay to Cape Cross. The full desktop reports as well as full test results are available on request.

Project 3

Namib Yellow Cake

Located in the Erongo Region 80 kilometers from the port town of Walvis Bay, this project is in the advanced stage of securing the EPL. The Ministry of Mines and Energy has issued a notification of intention to grant the EPL, subject to obtaining an Environmental Clearance Certificate (ECC) from the Ministry of Environment and Tourism.
The ECC process is almost completed, and the costs have already been covered, ensuring a smooth progression. This project is strategically positioned near an active Mineral Retention License (Uranium) and is adjacent to operational Uranium mines, amplifying its potential for large-scale Uranium extraction.

Future Projects

Project 4

Henties Sodium Chloride

Currently in the application stage, this project targets an area rich in salt reserves, where solar salt mining is already well established. Once the license is granted, the region’s natural conditions will be ideal for scaling up solar salt production. The potential for guano harvesting in the area further enhances the area’s appeal as a diversified mineral resource hub.

Project 5

Number 29

This project, also in the application stage awaiting evaluation, focuses on an area known for high copper and cobalt grades. There is also strong potential for discovering additional resources such as lithium and nickel, making it a compelling investment opportunity in the growing battery and technology sectors.
